“Website” refers to https://www.eravittai.com.
“Service” means the EravittAI platform and associated digital tools.
“Tokens” means EravittAI utility tokens, used solely within our ecosystem.
“You” or “User” means any person or entity using the Service.
2. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our Website or Services, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
3. Eligibility & Account Security
You must be 18+ and legally permitted to use blockchain platforms in your location.
If registration is required, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Breach any laws while using the platform
Introduce harmful software or attempt unauthorized access
Misrepresent your jurisdiction or identity
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content belongs to EravittAI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written consent.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access — arising from platform use.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify EravittAI against claims or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
9. Token Terms
Tokens serve functional purposes inside the EravittAI platform only.
They are not securities, investments, or claims to ownership or profits.
They may have no resale value, and availability may be restricted.
Jurisdictional restrictions apply (see Section 12).
10. Risk Notice
Digital assets carry significant risks, including total loss, technical failure, or regulatory changes. You are solely responsible for evaluating and managing these risks.
11. Modifications
We may revise these Terms. Updates will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use means acceptance.
12. Jurisdictional Restrictions
Access to EravittAI and use of Tokens is prohibited for residents, citizens, or entities in: United States, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and any OFAC/UN-sanctioned jurisdictions. You must comply with your local laws.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EravittAI is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. However, we comply with applicable laws in all regions where our services are available, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
